5. Delivery: Final delivery upon full payment

6. Payments and Fees

All fees are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for completed work are not provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KenyaTech Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for excellence, we do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
